ACADEMIC COMPONENT: Registrants will study the equivalent of the Master's Program at the International University (MA in Conscious Evolution) OR (MA Life Coaching) OR (MA Independent Studies, Accelerated Personal Growth and Development) using the SYNERGENICs™ material on life skills in the context of conscious evolution, as curriculum.  Participants will complete the program and graduate with both a Master's Degree and a credential in Life Coaching.

PERSONAL INTENSIVE: Registrants will be required to demonstrate MASTERY in their lives in the domains of, Well Being; Relationships; Communications, Integrity and Completion; Creativity and Self Expression; Life Purpose; Resource and Financial Management; Lifestyle and Cultural Acuity; Accelerated Personal Growth and Development; Self-Management; Breath Studies; Universal Law; Global Environmental Consciousness; Peace Studies; Personal, Community and World Service; Transition Studies.

PROJECT OF EXCELLENCE: Registrants will be required to develop, through their own creativity, a unique aspect of work, in the domain of conscious evolution that is their special contribution to humanity.

It is recommended that participants take three years in individual training to accomplish all three requirements, although acceleration is permitted on a case by case basis.

Remuneration will consist of a monthly fee based on the agreed upon time for individual training and development. All personal work in this program is included in the monthly fee. 

Monthly process for the Program includes:

     •Academic study of the SYNERGENICs tm material

     •Referral reading and associated programs

     •Journaling and other appropriate writing

     •Weekly calls

     •Advanced spiritual "continuity" practices

     •Closely mentored in-depth personal work

     •Supervised coaching work with others

     •Initiation of unique creative Practicum of relevant work of service
